Apply to publish servers
An operator who runs OpenCE dedicated servers applies once, with the public key of their publisher key, through this master's Discord bot: applications are not taken on this website.
- On the server, make the publisher key with
halo --server --keygen: it writespublisher.keybesideconfig.tomland prints the public key (ed25519:...) and its key id. The private key never leaves the server. - Join the master's Discord server (ask its contact below for an invite) and type
/applythere. The bot answers you alone with a nonce to sign: runhalo --server --sign <the nonce>on the server. - Press the bot's Fill in the application button, and give a display name (shown beside your servers), the public key, what
--signprinted, how many servers you run at once (and a region, if you like) and a note to the approvers.
The server can publish at once: it is told publisher_pending until an approver decides, then it is listed at its next publish. The bot tells you of the decision by a direct message. The masters share approvals, so one application is enough.
